Delivery Times - We always aim to dispatch items as soon as possible. If for any reason there may be a delay, for example, due to the volume of orders at a particular point in time (sometimes things go a little crazy) we will ensure you are made aware of this through email updates and kept informed regarding your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items - If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, then please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will send you a label that will allow you to return them to us free of charge for a replacement or refund.
